The Company Incolta Technology Limited was established in 2018 as IT Service Provider and System Integration Company and ever since has successfully led its business in Western and Eastern Europe countries. The geography of our customers is wide enough; our partners are present on market of Switzerland, Czech Republic, Belorussia, Georgia and Moldova.
The cooperation with renowned world vendors, such as Hewlett-Packard, Cisco Systems, Microsoft, Oracle, VMware, EMC, lets the company implement IT high-end solutions of advanced complexity.
The main activities of the Company are:
- Sales of IT hardware, network, telecommunication equipment and software.
On the base of the equipment and software acquired, the Company provides IT solutions for medium and big corporation and organizations, such as: Data processing centers (DPC), Big Data systems, Information Management systems, Back-up and recovery solutions, Network solutions.
- IT hardware and software servicing, support and maintenance.
Hardware maintenance and support services are preventive and remedial services that physically repair or optimize hardware, including contract maintenance and per-incident repair. Hardware support also includes online and telephone technical troubleshooting and assistance for set-up and all fee-based hardware upgrades.
Software maintenance and support services include long-term and pay-as-you-go (incident-based) support contracts. Software support contracts include remote troubleshooting and support provided via the telephone and online channels, as well as installation assistance and basic usability assistance. In some cases, software support services may include new product installation services, installation of product updates, migrations for major releases of software and other types of proactive or reactive on-site services

Programming and management of the current WEB, mobile applications and other software environments, which will include Native Android, iOS, Windows mobile programming, WEB and desktop applications programming.
